Adriana Conte

Surrounded by the love of her family, Adriana Conte passed away on July 13, 2025, just shy of her 90th birthday. Born on August 24,1935 to Maria Luisa and Oreste Appia, Adriana grew up in Italy, along with her 8 siblings.

Beloved and devoted wife of the late Renato, whom she married in 1958 and created a wonderful life here in Canada with her 3 children, John, Rossana and Sergio. Cherished mom to her only daughter, the late Rossana Caputi. Adriana leaves a legacy of family traditions to her loved son-in-law, Joe Caputi, her grandchildren Christina (Anthony) Campoli, Daniel (Jessica) Caputi, Melissa, Sophie, Matteo, Tiana and to her adoring “nipotini” Leo and Nate, Luca and Caia. She is survived by her dear brothers, Lino, Enzo and Mario and will be missed by all her nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members.

Adriana will always be remembered for showing her love while being in the kitchen, whether it was for her appetizing home cooking, her delectable baked goods, or making her infamous home-made ravioli. Her delicious meals will be greatly missed. Her love and affection towards her family and friends will be missed and everlasting.
