It is with heartfelt love and sadness we report that Marlene Tokar (devoted & cherished wife of the late Orest Tokar, loving mother of Peter & Barbara, adoring grandmother of Erik & Cathy and Danielle & Kyle, and extremely proud "Oma" to her three great grandchildren, Colton, Penny & Max) peacefully passed away in her 94th year, at Humber River Hospital.

Born the second youngest child to Dominic & Anna Stefanovicz Puricz, and sister of Leopold, Giselle, Adam, Elsa, Marika and youngest sister Annie, Marlene (often lovingly referred to as "Mitzy"), intensely loved and was loved. Additionally, by her many nieces, nephews & cherished friends who soon became her extended family members, too.

And, like the passing of the beloved Marion Shrine of Gratitude in north Weston, Ont. (one of her most favourite places in the world to visit in prayer), her maternal qualities will also be greatly missed, by many.
