It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Maria D’Agostino. Maria passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side in her 74th year. She is now reunited with the love of her life, Antonio D’Agostino, of 53 wonderful years. Maria was born in Siderno, Italy on February 18, 1949, to Domenic and Maria Rosa Pasqualino.

Maria moved to Canada at the age of 12, and was reintroduced to her future husband, Antonio when he moved to Canada at the age of 18. They married shortly after and began their life together. Maria is the cherished mother of Silvana and Daniela. Beloved grandmother to Kayla. She will be lovingly remembered by her many siblings, and extended family.

Maria loved to spend her days in her garden and cooking for her family. She enjoyed the little things in life and was a kindhearted and nurturing individual.

Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home (4671 Highway 7, Woodbridge) on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Funeral service will be held at Ward Funeral Home (4671 Highway 7, Woodbridge) on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at 10:30 am. Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
