It is with heavy hearts that our family announces the passing of Maria Carmela Alfano on Sunday, March 20, 2022, at the age of 91. Now reunited with her love of 32 years Domenico. Cherished mother of Frank (Wanda), late Lucia Vena (Mario), Rocco, Angela Modarelli (Mike), Mario Antonio, Sylvia, and Robert. Beloved Nonna to Maria Carmela Perri (Victor), Liliana Difelice (David), Domenico Alfano, Anna Marie Vena, Lucia Vena, Filomena Marcello (Bruno), Anthony Modarelli, Lucia Azzopardi (Alexander). Loving Bisnonna to Juliana, Christian Difelice, Milena and Ava Perri, Ryan Szakaly, Mary-Grace Micieli, Gianluca and Daniel Marcello, Alexander, Nicholas and Azzopardi. Maria Carmela is now reunited in heaven with her parents Rocco and Angela Roveto. Dear sister of the late Antonio Roveto (Nina), the late Maria La Sanita (Ubaldo), the late Maria Grazie(the late Armando) and survived by Franca (late Nicola) and Rocchina(late Peter). Maria Carmela will be dearly missed by all her nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, March 22nd and Wednesday, March 23rd from 6:00 – 9:00pm. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday March 24, 2022, at 9:30am at St. Peter’s (100 Bainbridge Ave, Woodbridge). Burial is to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery (8361 Yonge St, Thornhill).
AS PER THE FAMILIES WISHES MASKS MUST BE WORN FOR VISITATIONS AND FUNERAL MASS.
