It’s with great sadness we announce the passing of Joe Lecuyer, 71 of Woodbridge. Joey lived his last days the way he lived the rest of his life, thinking about his family. Wanda, Robert, Stephen and Lauren. He passed away as peacefully as he could have with the stereo on full blast. He had planned to visit his son in Montreal the next day. He loved his granddaughter, his work, building, and helping family and friends with whatever they needed. He had a huge impact on everyone he knew, and will be missed by all. He lived a full and beautiful life, full of happiness, doing what he loved until the very end.

Dear Wanda & family: I'm so sorry for your loss, even though it's been years since I've seen Joey, I remember how he always
made you feel so special, like you were the only one in the room, with his big smile, crazy laugh and bear hug, like a teddy bear.
I know my Dad, Jack McCaig will be sharing a drink with him now, and happy he's joined him. It's so hard being the ones left
behind, we want to keep them here for selfish reasons, for us, but God needed him to bring joy to those in Heaven and to watch
over his family & friends that he was so proud of and loved so much. Rest in peace Joey, I know you will be there with a big hug
for me when it's my turn, you were a wonderful friend to my sister, I thank you for that, but that's just you. Take care, you are
safe now, but gone too soon.

It's been a privilege and pleasure knowing Joey.
So much of what made him great lives on in his sons, and the world is all the better for it.
He will be deeply missed.

Dear Wanda, Stephen, Bobby and Lauren,
Yeah, gotta admit your Dad had style! Right to the very end, fast and painless! No illness , disease, no virus, A glass of wine and some good old rock n roll. (PERFECT)
With that being said, I feel he was taken too soon from all of us who knew and loved him! He will truly be missed by many, but at least we all have fond memories which will keep him in our hearts. His love of life was cautagious,Joey was the life of the party you were sure of a good time, his loveof music and what amazed me he remembered the words to all songs! He was a dovted Husband and father, his family was very important to him, he was so very proud of you all. Stephen he once told me you could be another Brad Pitt, I personally agreed with him on that.Bobby you gave him a very precious gift of Lauren, he was so happy to be a grandfather! I am glad that Lauren got to know him, and he was proud of your accomplishments.Wanda, I was driving with him one time and he told me he still dreamt of you, Way to go girl! I said earlier that he was taken to soon, but know I thing maybe not, with the world in the state it’s in , I am thinking God knows what he’s doing , and Heaven needs someone like Joey in these trying times, I’ve no doubt his is sitting right-hand side oh God in Paradise.
Love to you all ! I salute You Joey with a beer. You will be missed.
