Ibrahim Khouri

A Son, Brother, Husband, Father, and Grandfather are only a few words to describe Ibrahim
Habib Khouri who sadly departed from our lives at 74 years of age, on Monday February 22nd,
2021, to return to our heavenly Father. At 36 years of age, Ibrahim courageously left the only
home he knew in Beirut, Lebanon to start from scratch and build a better life for his beloved wife
and four cherished daughters here in Ontario, Canada. He persevered through every challenge,
to become a humble, self-made, successful man in all aspects of his life. If there was one thing
Ibrahim loved most in the world it would be his family. The first time he locked eyes with her, he
fell in love with his wife—who was the air to his lungs, the beat to his heart, the light to his entire
life, his whole world; his Sonia. His family was everything to him, and he was happiest when he
saw his loved ones all together. Ibrahim had a positive impact on everyone he encountered.
Everything he did was a reflection of his closeness to God, showing nothing but kindness,
respect, and love to everyone that was lucky enough to cross paths with him. Anyone who knew
Ibrahim would say that he was truly the most loving, forgiving, hardworking and genuinely happy
whole hearted man. He loved everything life had to offer, and brought joy to his loved ones until
the very end, and his spirit will continue to do the same. His beautiful memory will forever stay in
our hearts.


Respecting the current situation and pandemic restrictions, the funeral service and interment will be private.
