Berezynskyj, Giovanna (1931-2022)

With a heavy heart, we announce that on Sunday, December 18th, Giovanna Berezynskyj passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones, in her 92nd year. She is now reunited with her beloved husband of 43 years, Osyp (Joe) Berezynskyj. Loving mother of Roman and his wife Susan, Sandra and her husband Valentino Giorno, and Lily and her husband Sandy MacDonald. She will be greatly missed by her five grandchildren, Christine, Nicole, Mark, Alexander, and Stephanie. Cherished Bisnonna to her great-granddaughters, Savannah, Madison, and Reagan. She will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Giovanna is best remembered for her passion for cooking, and love of family, bingo, and playing cards.
We would like to thank our adopted family at Villa Leonardo Gambin for their amazing care and compassion extended well beyond our expectations. We know Giovanna would be forever grateful to you.
