Our beloved mother Franca Mangano, departed on May 2nd, 2021. Franca will be so sorely missed by her daughters Angela and Antionette and by her son John and daughter in law Victoria.
Franca was born in Pisticci, Italy to Giulia (Cassano), & Salvatore Plati on November 22nd, 1933. Franca was a loving sister to Gaetano, Graziella, Domenica, & Pasquale.
Our precious mother Franca Mangano passed away on May 2nd, 2021. She dearly loved and devoted her life to raising her children Angela, Antoinette & John, she loved being called “Nonna” by her grandchildren Vincent, Joshua, Michael & Nicole.
Devoted to her faith and an active member of St Peter’s & Transfiguration of Lord Church Choirs, she found solace and comfort within her faith, when her beloved husband Enzo suddenly passed at the young age of 56.
She will always be in our hearts as an avid world traveler, fantastic cook, and amazing baker who never used any measuring cups or recipes.
May she find eternal rest in the loving arms of her faith where there is no more pain and suffering, but only eternal peace.
We will forever remember her blowing her magical kisses that radiated her love and warmth.

Effective March 15th, 2021, as per the mandate of the Bereavement Authority and to safely manage the adhere to social distancing requirements.
Wearing of masks or face coverings by everyone is mandatory as per the Provincial Regulations.
