Angela Maria Melchionna, she was born on May 2, 1941, in Guardia Lombardi, Avellino, Italy. She arrived at Pier 21 in Halifax, Nova Scotia on May 9, 1963. She always worked hard whether it was on a farm or factory making automotive parts. She was a mother of three boys and a proud Nonna to 7 grandchildren. Angela was a no nonsense, strong woman and took great joy in maintaining an impressive vegetable garden, she loved to feed her family. She always worked hard and never failed to send over anything she made like her pasta or pizza dough. She always had a smile and sweet treats for her grandchildren.
We love her and she will be missed.
