Adriana Granzotto
March 29th , 1932 – May 17th, 2023

Suddenly passed away on Wednesday May 17th, 2023 at the age of 91.
Devoted wife of the late Agostino (Rino) Granzotto, loving mother of her son Robert.
Survived by her brother Tarcisio (Anna Maria), predeceased by her brothers Giancarlo (Maria Rosa) and Luigino.
Beloved Zia (Aunt) to Daniela, Gabriele, Alberto Andrea and Alessandro and Santola (Godmother) to Christina.

In recognition of her contributions to the Furlan Community of Toronto, principally as President of the Societa’ Femminile Friulana (Society of Furlan Women) She was awarded the Queen’s Silver Jubilee Medal and The Commemorative Medal for the 125th anniversary of the confederation of Canada.

In September of 1980 she became the first secretary of St. Fidelis Parish and was instrumental in the construction and formation of the parish.
She was very active in forming various groups, primarily the St. Fidelis Golden Age club and the Divine Mercy Group (Divina Misericordia).

She will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.
